EVA KARAARSLAN
I am an educator with over sıxteen years of international teaching experience and a passionate commitment to learning. I hold a master’s degree in linguistics and have completed additional studies in neuroscience and neurolinguistics focused on education. I believe that learning should ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence, and I aim to help every student discover their own potential.
I deeply believe in the mission of TEDxYouth—to give young people a voice, a platform, and the courage to share their ideas with the world. At the school where I work in Turkey, I strive to develop innovative and meaningful projects that unite knowledge with imagination, helping students see themselves as future pioneers of change.
ESRA ÇELİK
I am an idealistic and innovative foreign language educator with over eleven years of experience working in private schools across Turkey. My goal is to make a meaningful impact on my students’ lives, to shift their perspectives on the world, and to help them develop lasting motivation for learning.
For the past two years, I’ve served as Head of the Foreign Languages Department, leading my team in developing student-centered projects that creatively integrate technology into language education.
I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of education, and in the idea that curiosity and communication can shape individuals into productive citizens of the future. Sharing TEDxYouth’s mission to give young people a voice, courage, and vision—and being part of that transformation—is a deep passion of mine.
ERKUT GÜNEL
With over two decades of experience in production, advertising, and creative design across Turkey, I am an Art Director and Fashion Photographer driven by a deep passion for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics. My career spans high-impact advertising campaigns, fashion photography for major textile brands, and concept development for promotional media. I’ve also contributed to independent theater, film, and television—designing stage, sound, and lighting, and working behind the camera as a still and set photographer.
From music videos to catalog shoots, I thrive on crafting visuals that resonate. I continuously seek to evolve by embracing new design trends and technologies. Now, I’m excited to bring this creative energy to TEDxYouth—empowering students to turn imagination into inspiring, impactful work.
